Condomania.com, recently ranked in order the States with the biggest penis size. Of course they based this on such statistical data as sales vs. sizes ordered. Not exactly scientific, but at least makes for riveting journalism on my part. So how did your state um “Measure” up? You might have noticed that Georgia is missing from the list. Which leads me to the conclusion that either there are no men in Georgia, no men with penises in Georgia, or men in Georgia do not use condoms.
