Been waiting to get your tablet PC on? Thinking that something out there might rival the iPad? This one just might.
The Motorola Xoom will hit the market on February 17th and will retail for $700. It will be the first Android tablet to run Google’s “Honeycomb” software, which was designed with the tablet PC in mind.
Here is a quick side by side comparison with the current generation of iPad.
As of right now, the Xoom looks like a real competitor to the iPad. And comes in around $30 cheaper than the iPad. However, many of the items were the Xoom beats the iPad will probably be standard on the iPad 2, such as cameras, expandable memory, and ports.
