We don’t tend to take ourselves very seriously here at the WGUB, but we do always like to take a little time to really reflect on important things or days.  September 11th  is a really important day for everyone in the USA, and many parts of the world.  Nine years ago, almost all of us witnessed what we didn’t think was humanly possible happen.  If you are like most of us you still have seared images of that day in your brain. 

All we would like to say is that even nine years later we still send out our gratitude and thanks to all of those that gave the ultimate sacrifice that day.  As well as all the men, women, and families that have been affected by the ensuing wars that were are result of that day.   It is because of your sacrifices that we at the WGUB are able to spew our randomness everyday. 

We encourage all our followers to do what we are doing today, taking a moment to say thanks, give back to your community, thank a servicemen or woman, or even a safety officer.  

We may have been shaken that day, but it didn’t break our foundation.  And for as many issues that we have with each other on a day-to-day basis, we still can rally around this one day as a reminder that we live in the greatest country on this planet.  A country so great that, individuals would try to destroy it. We don’t know about you, but you must have a little pride in that kind of hatred that is directed towards us.
