The App developer PiVi & Co has had one hell of a year in the tech world! They’ve launched 2 wildly successful fun little apps, and a new one just kicked in for an extra little oomph of joy for the holidays. Not quite sure yet who I’m talking about? How could you… nobody knows who PiVi & Co is, but I’m sure almost all of you have heard of Fat Booth & Aging Booth! And now, Bald Booth.
Just for fun… we took one of the nation’s hottest male actors of the moment (and hopefully for a long time) Ryan Reynolds. You know him from “The Green Lantern”, Deadpool in the Wolverine movie, Hannibal from “Blade: Trinity” and many other roles as a wise-cracking ripped playa (with an incredible voice and face likeness to the late-great Robert Culp). Here’s the before shot:
First… let’s apply Fat Booth ($.99). Described by the makers as:
What would you look like with a “few” extra pounds? And what about your friends? Find out with FatBooth, a fun way to instantly supersize faces on your iPhone or iPod Touch. Use FatBooth on family, friends or colleagues photos and share them via email, MMS, FaceBook, Twitter.
Now let’s see what Aging Booth ($.99) is all about… described by the makers a:s
What will you look like when you’re old? And what about your friends? Find out with AgingBooth, an easy to use and amazing face aging machine on your iPhone or iPod Touch. AgingBooth is a funny (or scary!) way to instantly age face photos. Use AgingBooth on family, friends or colleagues photos and share them via email, MMS, FaceBook, Twitter. Ready to face your future?
Insert Ry-Ry:
And finally… Bald Booth ($.99). Described by PiVi & Co as:
What would you look like if you were bald? And what about your friends? Find out with BaldBooth, a fun way to instantly make people bald on photo with your iPhone or iPod Touch. Use BaldBooth on family, friends or colleagues photos and share them via email, MMS, FaceBook, Twitter.
They really need to get a little more original with their descriptions. Anyway… insert the Reynolds Dude:
Wow… you can really see where these little apps can potentially be the life of the party. I busted out FatBooth at Thanksgiving and everybody wanted a turn at plumping up (except Aunt Bertie… but she’s been living her entire life in FatBooth so I can understand why).
Quick thanks to Ryan Reynolds who unknowingly volunteered himself to be our subject today. Only he could pull off all of these looks while keeping his debonaire cool (man-crush).
