truTV Announces Launch Date for Shaquille O’Neal
New weekly half-hour Upload with Shaquille O’Neal, which will feature the basketball legend and co-hosts Gary Owen (Think Like a Man) and Godfey (The Mr. Men Show) scouring the Internet in search of the funniest online videos, will debut on truTV on Thursday, Feb. 21 at 10:30 p.m. ET. Joining Shaq and company will be a roster of guest stars including Michelle Buteau (Vh1’s Big Morning Buzz Live), Dillon Garcia (La Chamba), Tiffany Haddish (Who Wants to Date a Comedian?), Arnez J (Def Comedy Jam), Al Jackson (Last Comic Standing), Loni Love (Chelsea Lately), Eliza Skinner (Conan), Aries Spears (MADtv), Baron Vaughn (Fairly Legal) and Ali Wong (Are You There Chelsea?).
TBS Greenlights Bam’s Bad Ass Game Show
Jackass star Bam Margera is heading to TBS in a half-hour competition series for 2014 called Bam’s Bad Ass Game Show. Each week, contestants will compete against each other in unusual, potentially dangerous and sometimes painful challenges. Case point: Answering trivia questions while dangling above a pool of trash-filled water or dropping a watermelon on a target after being shot out of a cannon. It is the Fear Factor of game shows, and six episodes have been ordered.
