Thanks to some uber-geek I imagine living in a small room surrounded by blinking lights and anime porn, I can now text and drive safely. In other words… SUCK IT CALIFORNIA!!!!!
the eh-not-bad Dragon Dictation speak to text app has been around for a little while. And while it’s always been a decent app with decent capabilities, I suppose it’s been a safe way to drive and write (text, email, facebook, etc.) all along. But with clumsy interface and the need to still look at the screen a bunch, it was kinda pointless.
Then that super nerd I mentioned learned a thing or two, and we have a winner (mostly). You still have to glance down to choose the recipient of said text/email/etc., but I mean come on… we all look away from the road a little. Right? Just nod, and we’ll move on. open app… touch screen… talk… and send. You won’t even have to put down the hamburger your eating, or make-up you’re applying, or any of the other things that are perfectly legal to do while driving… but just as distracting.
Price-tag for the Dragon Dictation (I like calling it the Dragon Dictator because it sounds kinda evil) – FREEEEEeeeeee…..
How to Video: HERE, something about that guy makes me want to punch him.
