Liar liar, pants on fire.
According to NFL.com, Favre is in the air on his way to Minnesota with the intent to play in 2010. Apparently his surgically repaired left ankle is well enough for him to start conditioning, strangely right before the Vikings are set to break camp this week. Hmmm sounds familiar right? That’s right, he pulled the same stunt last year.
We filled you in on the story that Favre was retiring on August 3rd, but we were skeptical at best when that story broke. We will remain skeptical until we see the press conference. But it looks to us that he has decided to play at least this season. His return will now put the Vikings back in the thick of things in the NFC.
