Ok, so we know that it was on a view days ago, but the beauty of DVR is we can review it now.

Sit down and buckle up, this one is going to be a rough ride.

Will Arnett and Keri Russell make an interesting team for a comedy.  The premise is that Arnett’s character is a spoiled rich kid and Russell’s is the save the world women (her legs appeard shaved).  They get thrust back together after spending their childhood together when Russell’s daughter wants a more normal life than saving the rain forest (we are not joking).  Arnett dumps his normal selfishness in order to help Russell’s daughter (her name is Puddle, again not joking) stay State side to have a normal life.  Russell then realizes that it must be for a reason, and decides to stay and help Arnett realize that being unselfish is the way to go.

If this show sounds familiar, you may have seen an episode of NBC‘s “My Name is Earl“.

It is always tough to judge a show on the pilot.  And we are not throwing in the towel just yet.  We are willing to give Will Arnett a few more weeks simply due to our Arrested Development loyalty.  There is some potential there and we like potential.  We would recommend checking out the show for a couple of weeks.
