Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time: Trust me, the game is better. But if you like Disney adventures in the mold of Pirates of the Caribbean, then you will like this one. One of the better movies of the early summer, it is worth watching if you are a fan of the games or just think Jake Gyllenhaal is just dreamy. Who cares about that, the female lead in this is mighty fine too.
Glee: Season 1: Get your inner geek on with the hit Fox show that is sweeping the nation.
Seven (Blu-ray): We teased you about this one back in August, now the teasing is over. Touch upon the seven deadly sins and catch one of the best endings of all time in stuffing Blu-ray.
Letters to Juliet: This chick Amanda Seyfried is in a lot of movies lately, but we would like to commend her for her work opposite Megan Fox in Jennifer’s Body. Quite the hot woman on woman action in that one. What is this movie about? Who cares?
The Twilight Zone: Season 1: Need we say more? The classic show of creepiness is now on Blu-ray, but will set you back about $70 dollars. Are the discs made of gold or something? Actually looks to be loaded with bonus features including a never seen pilot called “The Time Element”.
America: The Story of Us: The History channel dives into the depths of our story in this great mini-series. If you’re a history buff, this one is for you.
Invasion of the Body Snatchers: Claaaaasic. This is the 1978 version. Comes with a bonus DVD copy.
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Season Five: One of the great shows on TV, still going strong. Wish these would stream on Netflix instant so I could catch up.
