So we all love YouTube… which is obvious thanks to the success of cat playing piano, Daft Bodies robot girls (wait for about 1:30) and the double rainbow guy. But, the one major downside is the millions of videos you have to endlessly sift through in order to find the gems. Well, the guys behind one of our favorite pit-stops, uncrate.com, put their heads together and created the proverbial best-of-the-best… at a spot they’ve neatly monikered devour.com. They describe their filtering process as:
Using a scientifically technologically artificially intelligently awesomely robotically humanly system (we hand-pick every video on the site)
If their personal pics are anything as clever as their scientificilology (yes, I made that up)…. then they are definitely going to be on the top of my daily web-commute. They also say:
Fewer cute kittens, fewer skateboarding nutshots, fewer tween heart throbs, and lots more awesome.
… which I take as “less time spent working… more time spent on devour.com”. Oh, and all of their videos are iPhone/iPad compatible! AND… nearly all of their videos are in HD. HEY!!!! go and enjoy the site friends… but don’t forget to come back by the WGUB often!!!
UPDATE – just spent waaaay too much time at Devour.com and agree with their earlier statement… there is a lot more awesome! Big screen, no YouTube junk busying up the screen, and great picks. I recommend starting HERE that is if you like Zombie movies and great tits. Enjoy!!!
