In a follow up to our preview of the game, today MTV Games dropped it’s set list for the upcoming Rock Band 3, which is out on 10/26/10 and is available for pre-order here with at $10 credit on a future game as well. Rock Band 3 looks to be a journey through the history of rock with four decades represented on the game and over 80 tracks available for you to play. Added to the game this time around is the ability to have a keyboardist in your band and well as harmony in your vocals. Really, who wants to play keytar in our band? The quote says it all really.
“The Rock Band 3 soundtrack represents the strongest, most diverse collection of music ever assembled for a video game,” said Paul DeGooyer, senior vice president of electronic games, music and programming for MTV Games. “The addition of keyboards and vocal harmonies to the Rock Band platform massively broadens the music selection available to our players. You haven’t sung Queen’s epic “Bohemian Rhapsody” unless you’ve sung the harmony parts – and you can’t do that unless you have Rock Band 3.”
