WhiteGlossy: Are you spying on me?!?! I grabbed a couple of mini’s at BevMo this weekend and tried them. Incredibly smooth! It actually smells like it will kick your ass… But goes down like a drunk frat girl at Mardi Gras.

But more on this great rum. I’ve been wanting Bacardi to join the ranks of spice rum for a while. Not that I want to cheat on my good friend Captain Morgan, but Bacardi is always a good price at the store and I’m all about saving a few dollars here and there when it comes to spirits. This rum has a great flavor and the smell is a bit different, probably due to the smokiness that it brags about. But it has a great carmel/vanilla taste to it that makes it so, so very smooth.
It isn’t everywhere like your big box stores, but we found it at the greatest chain known to man, Bevmo! So if you do run across it, pick up a small bottle and take it for a spin in your rum and coke. We think you will be coming back for more!
